Design & Build
Small and simple or big and complex automation equipment and programming. We take you from concept to completion in one stop. No need to gather several companies and "make it work", we have it all available for quick turn around and only one product manager to communicate with!
Allen Bradley Servos We are the NorCal experts and an industry leader with Allen Bradley Servo programming and configuration. Guiding you to choosing the right servo for your motion needs using Motion Analyzer. Our team can program your most complex motion needs using CAMs, and coordinate systems.
One Stop Shop capabilities
From a simple conveyor system, one off build to the most complex motion projects, we are the one stop shop! We are experts in using all Allen Bradley motion control techniques.
Along with our partners, we can get your project efficiently created in house. Saving you time in communication having one company to manage the project.
Debugging System We can help you debug your biggest challenges. Starting with making sure the programming is done right, operations are running at optimum capabilities, and follow up. Plus, we have complex mechanical and electrical expertise for when its not a programming issue! See our other offerings in our CNC Shop!
Large Motors Doco Engineering can handle large motors, VFDs and soft starters.
This PLC program for a Door Frame Milling Line was written and designed by our engineer Doug Pientak. The entire program was done in an Allen Bradley L82 PLC. The system has 42 Allen Bradley Servos (5700), 20 Allen Bradley 525 VFDs.
The operator can enter the dimensions for the board length, data height, depth and the dimensions for the hinge, strike plate and dead bolt. The program calculates the tool path for all 16 router heads (across 3 gantries), PET saws, dato heads and clamp gantries.
The system has collision detection so if the operator enters incorrect data the system will prevent a crash. The system is optimized to produce 20 boards a minute. We recognize the need for speed, although there are times when optimizing includes slowing things down to get MORE product out the door consistently.
